What we offer:

A simple flat fee for 12 hour use of the cabins, pavilion, tables, chairs, and property.

Perfect for getting ready for your big day.
Our cabins can sleep 14 guests in you choose to stay the night. May couples choose to book 1-2 nights to help with ease of setting up and tearing down. Or send your wedding party away after cleanup and stay to enjoy our Ranch for a portion of your honeymoon.

Moose Cabin - Sleeps 6 max
Bear Cabin - Sleeps 4 max
Saddle Cabin - Sleeps 4 max

Community Pavilion

Our Ranch offer's an enclosed community pavilion that has a full kitchen and grill, with plenty of seating, and remodeled plexiglass walls, so you don't miss a second of the Mountain View. We also added a giant garage door and a huge patio to the west side, to provide a perfect indoor/ourdoor gathering area. On the east side we have added a full bathroom and half bathroom for guests to use during your event (cabin bathrooms are for wedding party or overnight guests only). Perfect for big events. Our pavilion could host 25-30 guest indoors, or our property could host 150-200 outdoors.

Starting this year we offer tables and white folding resin chairs for your use during your ceremony and reception. Taking the stress out of having to rent and haul these items out to the Ranch.

More Information

• You are welcome to bring and make all your own food in the full kitchen of the pavilion, or you can provide catering, whichever you prefer.
• Upon booking we require that you sign our wedding agreement.

Pets are welcome with additional pet fee (per pet) and you must follow our strict pet policy.

Cancelation policy

Guests who cancel 30 days before their event will receive back of the amount they’ve paid except for a Non refundable portion of the venue fee of $500. If Guest cancels after 14 days, they will receive 50% of the amount paid back. And if the guest cancels the reservation LESS THAN 7 days before the Arrival Date, the Total Amount Due will be forfeited.
