Our cabins and property are very rustic and unique, offering a gorgeous and unbeatable San Juan Mountain View for a perfect mountain wedding. We believe your wedding and photos will turn out incredible and unforgettable with these views that you won't get anywhere else. We are new to hosting weddings and are continuing to work towards making our property even more perfect for weddings.

Moose Cabin - Sleeps 6 max
Bear Cabin - Sleeps 4 max
Saddle Cabin - Sleeps 4 max

We do not provide (yet):

  • Tables
  • Chairs
  • Table Clothes
  • Dish-Ware

As of now, if your wedding is more that 30 people we may also require you to rent a porta potty for the day of your event. We do not want lots of guests going in and out of the cabins.

**We have plans to add a bathroom to the pavilion this year, once we get that constructed we will no longer require this additional rental of the porta potty.

Info

  • You are welcome to bring and make all your own food in the full kitchen of the pavilion, or you can provide catering, whichever you prefer.
  • Upon booking we require that you sign our short term rental agreement as well as a wedding agreement.

Pets are welcome with additional pet fee (per pet)

Cancelation policy

Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive back 100% of the amount they’ve paid except for the Non refundable Venue fee of $500 or $750. If Guest cancels after 14 days, they will receive 50% of the amount paid back. And if the guest cancels the reservation LESS THAN 7 days before the Arrival Date, the Total Amount Due will be forfeited.
